The chief navigator of the ship is the master, who decides the course of the voyage and manoeuvres the vessel. He exercises complete control over the officers, crew and any passengers on board the ship. From the trainee cadet level, one will be promoted to captain of the ship with proper sea-experience & further exams. Captain Chief Officer Second Officer Trainee Cadets ENGINEER OFFICERS TEAM: The ship's engineers have complete responsibility of the ship's engine room i.e., the main engine, boilers, pumps, hydraulic fuel systems the ship's electrical generating plant and distribution system. From the trainee engineering officer level, one will be promoted to Chief Engineer of the ship with proper sea-experience and further exams. Selection Process Consists of The Following Steps: Written Exam: The Candidate has to Clear a Written Exam. The Exam Consists of Basic Arithmatic, English and General Knowledge. The Paper Consists of a Multiple Choice Questions. There is Only one Right Answer of a Question.The Candidate Need to Fill The OMR Sheet. Interview: After the Written Exam the Candidates Have to Face an Interview. The Interview is a General HR Interview where the Candidate is tested With the Variour Aspects like Personality,Communication Skill, Knowledge etc. Once The Written and the Interview is Completed, The Candidate Has to Wait for the Merit List. The Selected Candidates are Called up by a Selection Letter in About 10 to 15 Days.
